UTV is a media business focused on the UK and Ireland incorporating radio, television and new media. UTV's shares trade on the main market of both the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
Its primary assets include talkSPORT in the UK, a series of radio assets giving strong national urban coverage in Ireland and the ITV franchise for Northern Ireland. TVC has an 18% shareholding in UTV Media plc.
