Following the cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company’s ordinary shares on AIM and ESM as of 28 July 2014, there is no market facility for dealing in the ordinary shares and no price is publicly quoted.
Shareholders holding their ordinary shares in certificated form who wish to execute a private transfer may submit the necessary stock transfer form and share certificate(s), to the Company’s Registrar, Link Registrars Limited, P.O. Box 1110, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
