TVC Holdings plc is a publicly quoted holding company with its shares trading on AIM and IEX. TVC Holdings plc is led by Shane Reihill as Executive Chairman and John Tracey as Chief Executive. It owns Trinity Venture Capital Limited (TVCL) as well as a 78% interest in the investment portfolio of Trinity Venture Fund 1 and an 82% interest in the investment portfolio of Trinity Venture Fund 2. TVC Holdings plc’s objective is to leverage the proven strengths of the TVCL investment team and to maintain its focus on capital appreciation.
